Rishi began his career in the property industry over 10-years as a Sales & Lettings Adviser in Essex, where he quickly developed a strong passion for all aspects of property. Through building his own property portfolio and gaining valuable hands-on experience, both personally and professionally, he expanded his expertise and took his career into London, progressing through the ranks to become a Property Investment Consultant for a successful investment firm.
While he enjoyed the fast-paced environment and achievements that came with the role, Rishi realised his true passion was helping people closer to home. Over the years, he built lasting relationships and friendships. Which inspired him to pursue a career focused on supporting clients through important financial and property decisions, just as others had supported him at the beginning of his own journey.
Today, alongside his professional ambitions, Rishi is a proud family man who values spending time with his wife and daughter, bringing the same care, trust, and long-term commitment to both his personal life and the relationships he builds with clients.
Oliver Gwinnell
Oliver is a highly experienced financial professional with more than 20 years in the mortgage and financial services industry. After leaving college, Olly began his career in accountancy, qualifying as an accountant and developing a strong foundation in financial management and client care.
Driven by a passion for helping people achieve long-term financial security, Olly transitioned into financial advice with Lloyds TSB, where he discovered his true calling supporting individuals and families in making confident financial decisions for their future.
Building on this experience, Olly went on to establish his own mortgage brokerage, where he has spent over two decades helping clients navigate the property and mortgage market with honesty, professionalism, and a personal approach. Known for his approachable nature and commitment to exceptional service, he takes pride in building lasting relationships and guiding clients through every stage of their journey.
Outside of work, Olly enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, with family remaining at the heart of everything he does.
Jamie Chapman
Jamie began his professional career in education before moving into financial services as a Senior Business Consultant for a leading insurer. These roles helped him develop a unique combination of strong communication skills, technical industry knowledge, and the ability to simplify complex information, all of which continue to play a key role in the way he supports clients today.
Today, as Head of Protection, Jamie combines his industry expertise and personable approach to help individuals, families, business owners, and company directors protect what matters most to them. He believes financial advice should feel human, straightforward, and genuinely supportive, taking pride in building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and care.
Known for his honest and approachable nature, Jamie focuses on creating tailored protection plans that fit each client’s personal circumstances and long-term goals, ensuring they fully understand the cover they have in place and the value it provides.
Outside of work, Jamie is a proud father of four and values family life enormously. This personal perspective further strengthens his passion for helping clients create financial security and peace of mind for the people they care about most.
